* Digital Billboard Flights are defined as the number of times your digital Branding Message will appear each 4-week period on highway Digital Billboards. We anticipate that the number of Flights you will receive each 4-week period will be a minimum of 2000. Billboard campaigns will launch 7-8 weeks from the “Effective Date” of the Membership subscription.

**Silver Membership-20 weeks: Setup of the Channel will be approximately five to six weeks from the effective date of the subscription. Once set-up is completed, Adzoom will upload the Member’s 1st Power 10 TV/Steaming Spot. Adzoom will follow YouTube SEO's suggested enhancements to include a researched target audience, added keywords (both short and long tail), added video descriptions to optimize video, and thumbnails to grab attention. On or about weeks 8, 13 & 20 from the Effective Date of the subscription, Adzoom, at its cost, utilizing professional and AI production services, produces and, optimizes, and uploads to your YouTube Channel an additional video in each of those weeks (for a total of (3) additional 10-second videos over the term of your subscription). GOLD MEMBERSHIP (52-weeks): At times, due to the significant number of commercial spots Adzoom purchases from its suppliers it receives what is known as “bonus airtime”. At Adzoom’s total discretion it will provide members with additional cable tv spots at no additional cost to the member. This benefit alone has a value of several hundreds of dollars.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP (52 weeks). At end of 52 weeks member has the option to extend and add an additional 12 weeks at the same cost as original agreement.
